Accessibility
Last updated 14 July 2026
A shop should be easy for everyone to use. We build Cub Klub Store to be usable by as many people as possible, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a box to tick.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means:
- Clear colour contrast, in both light and dark modes.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus and a skip link.
- Meaningful text alternatives for images and icons.
- Readable, resizable text that doesn’t break when you zoom.
- Forms with proper labels, and errors described in plain language.
- Support for right-to-left languages and reduced-motion preferences.
Where we’re still working
We’re honest about the gaps. Some product imagery still needs richer descriptions, and we’re improving screen-reader announcements around the basket and checkout. If you hit a barrier, please tell us — it genuinely helps us prioritise.
Tell us
If anything is hard to use, or you need something in a different format, use our contact form. A real person will reply, and we’ll do our best to help you complete whatever you were trying to do.
